Matt Bisceglia is a technology sales and GTM leader serving in the space for 15+ years. Starting his career in 2007 at EMC in the Inside Sales program, Matt quickly progressed to field sales managing data protection portfolios for the Mid-Atlantic Commercial region achieving President’s Club every year. He later went to an IoT startup that was eventually purchased by Google and broadened his experience in the IoT middleware space.
Prior to his current roles at Rubrik, Matt was an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB working through the IPO and the launch and GTM efforts of MongoDB Atlas. Currently, Matt serves at Rubrik where he leads the GTM for new strategic products. He became a sales leader in 2021, leading the Rubrik Security Product Line Sales team for North America. 100% of the team overachieved attainment. Last Fiscal Year, Matt led Rubrik’ most important product to over $100M ACV within 18 months and 60% of revenue mix. His team is now focused on launching the next new innovations from Rubrik.

Drew Russell, Technical GTM Lead, Microsoft Security Practices, Rubrik
Drew Russell is a Technical Lead in Microsoft Security Practices at Rubrik. In his over four-year tenure at Rubrik he has also worked as a Principal Architect, Developer Advocate, and DevOps Engineer. He focuses particularly on protection for customers’ Microsoft 365 environments. Drew is a cloud and automation subject-matter expert and has a particular affinity for Ansible and Python.
